When will the RIP system be in power?
First stage: Fully valid as stand-alone extension (waiver) to the existing creative commons license as announced to enable for
fair commercial use of the joint resources. This will be probably avaiable by the end of this year.
Second stage: Any opportunity to embed this feature on a more common basis will be announced as soon as it applies.
