WorkBench Welcome to the Freesound Music working catalogue that will allow you to instantly create and publish your own web-based interactive Freesound songs! This is a Freesound Music project that requires an IE based browser and a Shockwave plug-in for interactive use. Click here for more information. For those that are already set up correctly - get started here to learn how to use the Workbench. Several ways are available to access the Workbench: If the complete Portal is open as shown in this picture, you can click on each of the four Portal pages' headline to switch the Portal step by step into the Workbench (and vice versa). Close all open portal pages, and then open the "Figures", "Layers", "Events", and "Xpressions" Workbench pages one after the other, then arrange them as shown in this picture. Advanced (Maxthon) users can open the Workbench in convenient four tiled windows. To do so, close all other pages first, then click here and wait till all four pages have been opened automatically. Then press 'Ctrl+T'. The 'Sound Road' version of the workbench presents a different order of the 'Figures' section: 8 Figures pages are sorted according to their average speed and include also links to existing groups of sounds.
